the reception staff was helpful in arranging transfers. i appreciated the late checkout. the rooms were clean and well equipped.
the room had a visible electrical outlet with exposed wires. the bathroom looked like it was patched up. the ventilation was not working in the bathroom, so there were odors in the room

charming santorini stay
lovely pool helpful staff convenient location
the pool was a definite highlight the area was well maintained I found plenty of space to relax I appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout the grounds. the staff were helpful they provided great service and were always available to assist with any questions. the location was ideal it allowed easy access to the main attractions.
the absence of an elevator posed a slight inconvenience given the hotel's layout.

steep walk inconvenient distance
The lack of an elevator was quite inconvenient. The location is too far from the center, requiring a steep walk. I also found the distance to be a problem when carrying luggage.

fantastic stay at a modern hotel
clean room spacious pool helpful staff
it was my first time at this lovely place i found the rooms modern and clean they provided great facilities i thought it felt really good value for money i also loved the spacious pool area since the hotel is in a central area i would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. i was really surprised by the amazing pool the comfortable chairs were a plus the staff helped a lot with island recommendations. i enjoyed how well maintained the rooms were and the fairly new feel it had
i did notice the absence of an elevator this might be a slight inconvenience with mobility issues

I probably won't book the Maisonette room again. The upstairs area didn't have enough height. I wasn't able to stand up straight near the bed, and the air conditioning wasn't strong enough for the summer heat. The upstairs railing and stairs were very short. It felt unsafe going down the stairs because I had to bend over and the handrail was low.
